01.What is the cost?
Unlike other gyms, we have no membership fees. We sell packages of personal training sessions with volume discounts to meet your needs. Our rates are competitive for the area. Contact us and we will be happy to give you a price range over the phone.
02.What is the first session like?
Potential clients will receive a free session and fitness consultation with no obligation to sign up and no high-pressure sales. This way, you can see the studio and experience working with us. Your first session will enable us to evaluate how you move and observe and movement limitations you may have. Our goal is not to over push you too hard during this session. Afterwards, we will finish by going over schedule and pricing options.
03.When will I see results?
In the beginning, you may feel muscles you forgot you had! After about 2 weeks, your body will start adapting to the training style and you’ll begin to feel better. Feeling stronger and more energized can happen in a relatively short amount of time. Weight loss and muscle gain may take longer and will depend on factors like nutrition and how consistently you train. Results are based on training 3 times per week.
04.How many times a week do people come?
We have no set rules, so you can use your sessions package in whatever way works best for you. Most clients train 2-3 times a week. Our personal trainers will complement any other exercise you’re doing, and we better help you achieve your goals. Buying a package also gives you the flexibility to come as frequently as your schedule allows.
05.How does scheduling work?
Most clients will block off set recurring times, so they always have appointments scheduled. We’re open 6 days a week and we work as a team of trainers, so scheduling is very flexible. This is great for busy people whose work schedules change frequently. They can book sessions weekly and sometimes call to book the same day. We are very fast and flexible to help keep you accountable.
06.What do I need to bring to my session?
Arrive comfortably dressed to work out or you can change here. We provide water, towels, cleaning supplies, and all the equipment. You literally just need to show up.
07.Can I work out if I have an injury?
Many of our clients have regular or recurring injuries or medical limitations. This is one of the benefits of working with a personal trainer. We will design a routine based on what you can and can’t do. We want you to always feel safe and comfortable. With our guidance, most clients who think they are too injured to work out are able to do much more than they think and reach their goals.
08.What is Live Virtual Training?
Live Virtual Training is conducted just like an in-studio personal training session, only it’s done online. We usually use FaceTime or Zoom. The trainer is live instructing the client what to do the entire session. We will utilize whatever equipment or lack of equipment you have. The convenience of being home or traveling makes this a popular option. We challenge anyone who is skeptical to try a Virtual Session and experience for yourself.
09.Can I share my personal training sessions?
Yes, you can share your sessions with a friend or family member.
10.What happens to my sessions when I’m on vacation?
You won’t lose anything, since you can put your sessions on hold until you come back.
