Norwell Personal Training with 20 years of experience, is the South Shore’s premier personal training studio for both men and women. As a locally owned business, we take pride in giving clients of all ages and abilities the best personalized service. We are not a big box gym. Here there are no staring crowds, and no time wasted waiting for equipment. Our private, 45-minute training sessions are efficient and designed to safely and effectively help busy people naturally improve their health. If you’re stuck in a rut and frustrated with how you look or feel, then Norwell Personal Training is the place for you!

Our nationally certified personal trainers are passionate about empowering clients of all ages and fitness levels.Whether you are new to exercise or a former high school athlete, you can train here in studio or remotely online. Ours is a complete holistic fitness program which combines strength training, cardio endurance, flexibility, balance and nutritional coaching. Norwell Personal Training excels at helping Seniors prevent injuries, improve strength, balance and flexibility. Our nationally certified personal trainers are experts at post-surgery and post-physical therapy strength and conditioning. We’re here to guide you every step of the way, with workouts that are fun, safe and effective. As your partner, we will hold you accountable and help you progress to achieve your goals. You’ll always feel at home in our private, client-focused environment. Whether you exercise at our studio or online, our veteran training team is here for you six days a week, 6am-9pm Monday through Friday and 7:30am-2pm on Saturdays for your convenience.

 

OUR TRAINERS

Joe Caruso

Joe has been personal training in Norwell for 20 years. He is a Certified Personal Trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength Conditioning Association. He has a degree in Exercise Physiology from UMASS Boston and is CPR and AED certified. Joe has been involved in personal training for most of his adult life and brings his own training experiences into his program design. He enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities, using his training and varied background to help his clients achieve results. His passion is strength conditioning for athletes. He has a deep knowledge of nutrition and cardiovascular training and enjoys coaching his clients in all aspects of fitness. In his free time, Joe likes to play video games, do Mixed Martial Arts and Bodybuilding.

Mike Eaton

Mike has been a member of Norwell’s personal training team for 12 years. He is a NASM certified personal trainer with 12 years of experience and a background in Olympic Lifting and Power Lifting. Mike’s interest in fitness started at a young age and continued through high school, where he was a 3-sport athlete (soccer, basketball and track). Mike brought his soccer talents to the collegiate level at Endicott College, where he was a four year starter and captain his senior year. Mike is passionate about sharing his experience and knowledge to help clients reach their goals and live an active, healthy life. in my free time I like to Hike. When not in the gym, I’m an avid Hiker and have hiked the Vermont Long Trail (272 miles) and the New England Trail (209 miles).

Elcee Klapman

I was a singer/performer in the hospitality industry in India. When I became pregnant, I gained a lot of weight. Going back to work, I didn’t like the way I looked and needed to get back in shape. I wasn’t happy with the trainers at my gym, so I decided to learn fitness on my own and became a personal trainer. Having achieved great results, I decided to make fitness my career, to help others achieve better health and wellness. in my free time I like to Explore new places, eat good food and sing.

Steve McNulty

Steve is a passionate, fitness and nutrition professional with over 10 years’ experience training along the South Shore of Massachusetts. As a personal trainer and nutrition coach, Steve designs workouts and meal plans to help boost energy, manage stress, build muscle, lose fat, and improve performance. Steve has worked with a variety of ages with different goals, whether it’s one on one or group training. With over 7 years of managing nutrition stores, Steve helps clients with recommendations on supplements and vitamins to help increase energy, weight loss and build muscle. He is a certified personal trainer through ACE, and took courses in college including Introduction to Personal Training, Strengths and Principles of Conditioning and Introduction to Nutrition. He also took courses after college including ACE Integrated Fitness Training Model Workshop and Nutrition for Sports, Exercise, & Weight Management, American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness) workshop. Steve has been an active individual since day one, from playing sports all through high school including tennis, to competing and placing in the top 5 in his first Physique Competition in 2016. Steve did his own training and meal plan for 11 weeks to prepare for his first show. He also just completed his first half-marathon this past May. Through his experience over the years of trying new routines and exercises, Steve provides the tools and techniques needed for clients to get results, while also creating a challenging, yet enjoyable workout. During his free time, you will find Steve at the beach, cooking new recipes, lifting, running or trying out a new restaurant.

Dylan Kaplinger

I’m a personal trainer, certified nutrition coach, strength conditioning and bodybuilding coach with 2 years of experience helping clients build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits—both in the gym and in the kitchen. I’m passionate about personal development and constantly exploring new ways to grow—whether that’s through fitness, learning, or meaningful connections. When I’m not training, you’ll find me hanging out with friends, diving into a new book or podcast, or picking up a new skill.

Dylan Delisme

Dylan Delisme is a personal trainer with over four years of experience. His passion for fitness began after getting sick experience significant weight loss. Determined to rebuild his strength, he immersed himself in calisthenics training and discovered a lifelong love for exercise. While attending Bridgewater State University, Dylan joined the gymnastics club, competing in the sport and earning a degree in Physical Education. Following graduation, he began personal training and coaching both men’s and women’s competitive gymnastics. Outside of fitness, Dylan enjoys spending time at church, reading his Bible, and exploring arts and crafts projects.
